The indispensable
insurance upgrade
Launched
in 1998, Angel provides annual cover for legal costs in the event
of an accident, even if the driver was partially at fault for
the collision. Effectively upgrading their motor insurance policy,
Angel ensures driver peace of mind to the tune of up to £100,000
in legal expenses and legal assistance, should action be necessary
following an accident in the UK or Europe.
As
well as legal cover, Angel offers access to the Helphire service
in the event of a non-fault accident, with no indemnity to pay.
A further host of extras include assistance to claim compensation
for driver or passenger injury (or other uninsured loss recovery
- ULR) and access to a wide range of 24-hour helplines.
With
a choice of three pre-event annual motor policies, two post-event
policies covering the Helphire service or personal injury claims
and a home protection policy on offer, both customers and brokers
have access to a range that ensures the right insurance upgrade
for every customer.
As
a reward for our service commitment to both consumers and the
trade, Angel was proud to receive the accolade of 'ULR Provider
of the Year' in the Insurance Times Awards, presented in December
2002.
