  1. Why can't I log in?

    The login credentials relate to the policyholder and the registration number is your own vehicle and not the hire vehicle provided.

  3. What is Flash player and why is it required?

    Flash Player is free software created by Adobe that lets you view interactive content and applications on the web. Flash Player content can be found on many websites, and Flash Player is installed on 98% percent of the world's desktop computers.   4. Am I liable for any of the hire charges?

    As explained during the telephone call, we will, at no cost to you, supply you with a credit protection policy that protects you if vehicle hire costs are not recovered from the party at fault - the policy is being sent to you in the post.

    As discussed, the cover is subject to terms and conditions, one of which includes a requirement for you to co-operate with us in the recovery of the vehicle hire charges from the responsible party or their insurers. If you fail to co-operate and we are subsequently unable to recover the charges you will be asked to pay them.

  5. Why do I need to sign these documents?

    To allow the recovery of the hire charges from the responsible party and to comply with the terms of the credit protection policy mentioned above.

  6. What will happen if I refuse to sign these documents?

    We will be unable to provide a hire vehicle and you will be held personally responsible for any charges already incurred.

  7. Why do I need to sign these documents by a particular time?

    This will avoid any unnecessary delays in the provision of your hire vehicle.

  8. I have added an additional driver - Can I sign these forms or do I require amended documents?

    You can sign the original documents as the details of the additional driver do not impact on the terms of the Vehicle Hire Agreement or Mitigation Statement.

  9. I have added Collision Damage Waiver after receiving the paperwork - Can I sign these forms or do I require amended documents.

    You can sign the original documents as a confirmation letter will be issued to confirm that you are now protected by Collision Damage Waiver. Please note that this cannot be added after the hire vehicle has been delivered.

  10. Why are my insurance details on the agreement when the hire vehicle is provided with insurance?

    This is for information purpose and unless advised otherwise the hire vehicle will be provided with insurance cover, subject to our usual terms and conditions.
