About us

Helphire Group plc is the UK's market leader in the provision of accident management services to motorists involved in accidents which were not their fault. In partnership with the insurance and motor industries, Helphire provides mobility solutions to not-at-fault motorists, ensuring that they remain mobile until their own vehicles are repaired, or until they are put in a position to obtain a replacement.

We employ over 2,000 people across four sites and operate through a national branch network of 30 depots. Our fleet of over 16,500 vehicles - which ranges from scooters and motorbikes, through domestic models to prestige marques and commercial vans - provides the scale, diversity and reach to ensure that the right vehicle is delivered to the customer with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss.
